  • "Zinga Cricket" refers to the mobile application and website that facilitates cricket tournaments, ground bookings, and related services.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including Players, Ground Owners, Umpires, and Ground Staff.

  • "Services" include tournament participation, ground bookings, match scheduling, payments, statistics tracking, and community engagement.

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.

  • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must adhere to fair play, respect, and professionalism within all interactions on the Platform.

  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  • Users must keep login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.

4. Ground Bookings and Payments

  • Ground Owners can list their venues for booking through the Platform.

  • Players and teams can reserve grounds via the Platform by making payments as per the listed pricing.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: Users must follow the Platform’s refund policy, which will be displayed during the booking process.

5. Tournament Rules & Conduct

  • Fair Play: All matches and tournaments must be conducted with sportsmanship. Any disputes will be resolved by designated authorities.

  • Match Scoring: Umpires are responsible for real-time scoring, and their decisions are final.

  • Disqualification: Any team or player found violating rules may be removed from a tournament without a refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Zinga Cricket is a facilitation platform and does not directly organize or manage tournaments, grounds, or umpiring services.

  • We are not liable for any injuries, disputes, or financial losses arising from tournament participation or ground bookings.

  • Users engage with the Platform at their own risk.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Zinga Cricket respects user privacy and follows applicable data protection laws.

  • Personal data collected will be used only for service improvement, user experience enhancement, and platform security.

  • Users agree to the Privacy Policy, which details data collection, storage, and usage.

8. Termination of Account

  • Zinga Cricket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

    • Violation of Terms

    • Fraudulent activities

    • Misuse of services

  • Users can request account deletion by contacting support@zingacricket.com.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka.
